Emily's Ritzy Chicken Legs

The other night the dear daughter, Emily, made chicken legs for dinner. Below is her recipe for Ritzy Chicken Legs. These are easy to make and  taste delicious .

Emily's Ritzy Chicken Legs

1 large package of chicken legs (we used tyson's family pack)
1 sleeve of Ritz Crackers (must be original Rizt crackers)
1 tsp fried chicken seasoning (she used Sauer's brand)
1/4 cup melted butter or margarine

Step 1: Wash and dry your hands throroughly.
Step 2: Have an adult turn the oven on to 350 to preheat.
Step 3: Open your package of chicken legs, rinse them underwarm water and set aside.
Step 4: Take your sleeve of crackers and not opening them smoosh it in your hands. Pour the crumbs into a flat shallow dish, add the seasoning and mix really well.
Step 5: Take your melted butter and pout that into a seperate flat dish.
Step 6: Take one of your chicken legs, roll it in the melted butter and then in the crumbs pressing the crumbs gently so they stick to the chicken leg.
Step 7: Place the leg into a sprayed 9x13 baking dish. Reapeat Steps 6 and 7 until all the legs are coated
Step 8: With adult's help place into oven and bake for 1 hour.

Step 9: The best part of all-eat them !
