Back in September JCPenney offered free kids haircuts to kids grades K-6th grade. Well it was so popular now on every Sunday JCPenney salons are doing free kids haircuts! You'll need to call you local JCPenney salon(http://www.jcpenney.com/dotcom/jsp/browse/category.jsp?id=cat100300164 to find your local salon) to set up your appointment but with the average kid's haircut costing about $15.00 this is a great way to save some money.
