Hello everyone out there! I just wanted to do a quick mini blog to give you guys and gals a peek at tomorrow's great big blog posting.
I got to spend the day at the Third Annual Wellness expo at Earth Fare in Bearden-Knoxville, TN. I got to meet great people, see some fantastic new products and eat some awesome wings to boot(these were great especially the barbecued ones)

This is located where my husband grew up in New Jersey
Koenig's 3rd Birthday
We went to a local heavy equipment dealer for Koenig's 3rd birthday so he could see the bulldozers there
